Celebrate the 6th Anniversary of OPL’s FanCon! Connect virtually with artists and authors, attend online and in-person programs, and more! Support our local authors, artists, and comic book creators by visiting them virtually this year.

Spider-man! Family Story Time
Northview Branch
Monday, Nov 22 at 10:30-11 am
Songs and stories featuring Miles Morales, your favourite neighbourhood hero! Program will comply with COVID-19 regulations, max. 10 participants. Family program.
In-Person Story Time Programs – To attend, those 12 and older, including those who are accompanying children/youth to this event, will need to be fully vaccinated and provide their proof of identification and proof of vaccination, or provide proof of being entitled to an exemption as per the Ministry of Health Medical Exemptions to COVID-19 Vaccination guidance.

FanCon Paint Night

Create a beautiful FanCon inspired painting with guided step-by-step instructions. Here are the materials you’ll need: red, blue, yellow, black, white, and brown acrylic paint; small, medium, and large paintbrushes; something to paint on like canvas, paper, or wood. Ages 12+.

Ultimate Quiz Night

Get geeky with us with after-hours trivia fun! Pour yourself a beverage, and compete to win prizes at our Ultimate Quiz Night. We’ll have multiple quiz games with topics like Buffy, Lucifer, Doctor Who, Supernatural, and more, plus a combination quiz with the ultimate prize of a Cameo from the actor of your choice. Ages 18+.
